The factory line modular switch is the solution for a large number of Ethernet installation tasks in industrial environments. The factory line modular switch is the first industrial switch that can be seamlessly expanded from 8 ports to up to 24 ports. The highly modular 2-port interface modules offer a flexible cable outlet (either at the bottom or at the front) depending on the requirements of the installation and location. These interface modules are available for twisted pair, glass-fiber or even Ethernet installations using polymer and HCS fibers, providing the ideal solution for every application. Application specific connection options and universal use (either in the control cabinet or distributed in the application) ensure that the system provides value for the money.
The factory line modular switch also supports Power over Ethernet through the use of an interface module, Midspan and Endspan modules can be located at the bottom of the page, in the PoE section.
