The Hasport EKH3 mount kit is designed for swapping an H or F Series Engine into a 1996-2000 Civic. This mount kit works with H-series engines from 93-97, f-series engines from 90-93, and some DOHC F-series engines. Late model H-series and F-series DOHC engines may require the H-series block bracket from the 93-97 Prelude.
Hasport mounts improve overall performance and handling by reducing engine movement. A more stable engine increases wheel power transfer by reducing wheel hop. Hasport mounts are constructed with high-quality materials to withstand the demands of high-performance driving. These mounts are a direct bolt-in kit making the swap straightforward.
Bushing Stiffness Options
Hasport engine mounts are available in four different urethane hardness levels: 62A, 70A, 88A, and 6061 solid aluminum.
- 62A polyurethane is suitable for a streetcar and offers a ride quality closer to stock, as it will transfer less engine vibration to the chassis for a more comfortable ride.
- 70A polyurethane is for the customer that seeks to occasionally drive their build on the track.
- 88A and 94A are the stiffest polyurethane bushing that Hasport offers and is designed with dedicated track use in mind.
