Eppendorf 4850 - Features
With an ergonomic structure similar to mechanical pipettors, this model provides a seamless and comfortable user experience. The feather-touch piston action minimizes effort, reducing strain during extended pipetting sessions. Additionally, the whole-hand tip ejector helps prevent Work-Related Upper Limb Disorders by eliminating excessive thumb strain.
For enhanced safety and durability, selected models include changeable tip cone filters. These filters effectively block liquids and aerosols from entering the pipettor, protecting internal components and ensuring reliable long-term use.
Testing
The Eppendorf 4850 is used and reconditioned. All pipettes that we ship out have a current calibration sticker, so you can rest assured that you’re receiving a pipette that is functioning to factory specification.
Upon receiving an order, we send pipettors to a Rainin service center for thorough cleaning, repair if necessary, and calibration. We do this at no additional cost to you. This process results a lead time of roughly 10-15 days.
